Design
The Blaze II’s mATX tempered glass gaming case is intended in-house by Skytech. Minus glass, curved front panel, it is made of steel and looks straight. It sports a straight-edged design that gives it a proper, if attractive, feel. The Blaze’s 19.6 11.4 by 18.5-inch (HWD) measurements are run of the mill for a mid-tower. If you look around, you can easily get a similar-looking chassis if you want to build one of your own.
The front is sleek with a diamond tip heading over the top, and curves directly to the lower panel with a pair of RGB LED rings. Moving the tempered-glass side panel to the left does a good job of showing RGB-littered internals in this review unit. The panel opens to the side and hinges at the back. I like the fact that two thumb screws have retainers, so you don’t need to remove them completely (and possibly get lost).
On the inside, the cable work is clean, with no stray wires. Maybe the only visible wires are the motherboard and CPU power connectors. The port selection along the front edge includes a separate and microphone jack, a USB 3.1 port, and a pair of USB 2.0 ports. At the rear are four USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, DisplayPort 1.4, PS / 2 ports for older mice, HMDI, DVI, and VGA ports.
It does not include a USB Type-C port, but you have additional HDMI, DVI, and DisplayPort connectors on the GTX 1660 Ti graphics card. You don’t get a screen with this PC, however, you can get it as a combo that incorporates a 24-inch Sersepter C248W-1920RN, yet you get a free RGB gaming keyboard and mouse in the package.
Performance

Gaming Performance

These two games run on maximum graphics-quality presets – Ultra for Far Cry 5 and Very High for Shamb of Tomb Raider, played at 1080p, 1440p, 4K resolution.
All these tests are for identifying the sweet spot of visual and sweet playability for any system, the results of which are given in frames per second. The various presets are based on the fact that Far Cry 5 is DirectX 11-based, while Shamb of the Tomb Raider can be run on the DX12.
In our case, targeting a system in this price range means that you most likely play at full HD (1.0920 1,080) resolution. Again, not only are 1440p or 4K monitors more expensive but there is a GPU that will run the game smoothly at those resolutions. In this means, our ideal target is 60fps and therefore the Blaze II simply clears that strip with space for a lot of loud moments throughout gameplay.
In real-world gaming, Far Cry 5 gives an impressive score in ultra quality (93 fps – 1080p; 67 fps – 1440 p) and the same on the shadow of a tomb raider played in ultra quality (66.1 fps – 1080p; 35.6 fps).
